循序渐进，循环往复的特点再次体现，上节课出现了 I am afraid that....这节课再次出现了。
同样，系表结构也再次出现，it is very urgent，这里的系词是be, I feel awful，这里则是 feel 做系动词，上节课使用了 look, they look very Uncomfortable
Have you an appointment? 这句话需要存疑，我个人的语感应该是 Do you have an appointment? 或者是 Have you got an appointment? --- 我查了一下网络上其他的文本，确实如此，大家都是使用的 Do you have an appointment? 回答时则说， No, I don't.
